Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Taco seasoning packet
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 lb of ground beef with half a small, chopped onion and cook until fully done. Drain excess liquid.
  2. Add the taco seasoning to the meat and follow the instructions on the packet.
  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Cut a slit in a tortilla and assemble the ingredients inside, including the cooked meat, cheese, Doritos, and sauce, then fold.
  5. Heat a slice of butter and cheese in a pan on medium heat. Cook the folded tortilla until golden brown on one side, then flip and repeat on the other side.
