Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the cake mix, melted butter, and egg until a dough-like texture forms. Press into the pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Mix in powdered sugar until the filling is smooth.
  5. Spread filling evenly over the crust.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
