Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Ingredients
• 4–5 strips bacon
• 2 tbsp minced garlic
• 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
• 1 packet ranch seasoning
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 cup reserved pasta water
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella
• 2–3 cups shredded chicken
Instructions
2. Cook bacon until crispy and remove from pan.
3. Sauté garlic in bacon fat for 1 minute.
4. Add cream and cream cheese until smooth.
5. Stir in Parmesan, seasoning, seasonings, pepper, and pasta water.
6. Mix in pasta, chicken, and half the cheese.
7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese and bacon.
8. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Customize It
Swap the pasta shape, use different cheeses, or add veggies like broccoli, spinach, or bell peppers. Add more cream cheese or a splash of milk for extra creaminess.
